    Group Bid Manager

    Key Accountabilities:

    • Coordinate the work plans of a team of OpCo commercial & marketing engagements.
    • Provide sales leadership to the Group Corporate Sales team by mentoring, motivating, encouraging, and delivering results;
    • Responsible for building and growing the marketing initiatives of the group through business case subsidies.
    • Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs.
    • Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures; Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
    • To update the job descriptions for all the jobs in his/ her team if there are any changes in the activity of the team
    • To realize the job descriptions for all new jobs that will appear in his/her team.
    • In Liaison with relevant stakeholders, plan, develop and implement corporate sector sales strategy and policy in consultation with departmental management and other stakeholders across the organization

    What will make you successful?

    • University graduate from recognized university (preferably in finance)
    • 5 -8 years experience in commercial management, finance or business controlling.
    • Ability to build commercial business
    • Strong commercial (business) approach
    • Positive personality with good presence
    • Team player, capable to work under pressure
    • Very well organized
    • Ability to quantify and articulate costs/benefits of investment in strategic IT solutions
    • Experience in and good knowledge of Telco industry and business Telco products.
