    Law Firm Practice Manager

     

    A unique and rewarding opportunity for a Practice Manager to join one of our client in Namibia on a full time basis.

    You will be joining a boutique firm with an ever increasing nationwide high quality client base mainly from the gig economy, private hire & insurance industries. As we embark on the next phase of our growth plan, a very unique and outstanding opportunity has arisen for you to join the team.

     

    The Practice Manager role is unique and varied, you will be the backbone of the firm with your diverse skillset ranging from recruitment, marketing, IT, Finance, Book keeping, operations to administration and facilities. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves role needing good commercial acumen as well as excellent organisation and communication skills. You will be adept at wearing different hats switching between the broad work streams within Operations, HR, Marketing and Finance.

     

    Your role will comprise of:

    • Finance and accounts - reporting, billing, Cash flow, Credit Control, Banking, P&L, Annual Accounts, Forecasting, setting targets, budgeting, KPI's, Tax, VAT, Audits
    • HR and Recruitment - talent sourcing, CV selection, Contracts preparations, management, employee development, training, hiring and firing
    • Marketing and Business development - developing business cases, Planning, Marketing strategies, Communications, PR, Events, Website and social Media management, B2B development, sourcing.
    • Operations, administration and facilities management - Streamlining processes with a view to best practice, efficiency, compliance and risk management. Supplier management, contract negotiations, building and facilities management, PII prep and selection, security, H&S compliance, general admin, stock ordering, IT Maintenance including on-boarding and off-boarding new users, website maintenance.

    The successful candidate will be:

    • UK qualified at degree level with demonstrable experience
    • With solid knowledge of business management and Legal accounts
    • Self-motivated and proactive
    • An excellent negotiator 
    • An excellent communicator
    • A great team player
