Real Estate Sales Associate at Pearl Troy Limited

Our client in real estate is looking for a motivated individual to join our team and drive the sales function of our company. Position offers a retainer plus attractive commissions with possibility of growth across the board.  

Essential Functions 

As a Sales associate you will be in charge of the following: -

• Prospecting & closing in on project sales
• Accompanying clients for site visits and inspections
• Be the official representative of the company and ensure excellent customer service is given
• Be part of implementing the sales strategy laid in place
• Follow up on leads assigned to you by your supervisor
• Ensure you keep up to date with current real estate market trends by undertaking market intelligence and advising the company
• Start with your own leads acquired from previous experiences
• Ensure clients sign their offer letters & sales agreement on time
• Ensure monthly sales targets without fail

Desired Qualifications

1. Minimum of related 1 Years work experience in Sales, real estate will be an added advantage
2. Minimum of Degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing
3. Excellent people’s skills
4. Able to work well under pressure & with minimum supervision to meet targets
5. Excellent communication & presentation skills
6. Excellent time management skills
7. Excellent Computer Skills
8. High levels of integrity
9. Passionate about Sales
10. Can think out of the box to ensure sales targets are achieved
