We currently have an exciting career opportunity for Regional Head of Property Management. The position holder will report to the Regional Chief Executive Officer and will be based at Head Office in Nairobi.
Role Purpose
The main purpose of this role is to provide strategic leadership with respect to the investment, management, and oversight of properties across the span of operations of the Jubilee group. It will involve coordinating (in consultation with the Regional Management team and the Board) all property investment, development, and divestment opportunities, as well as increasing value and maximising returns from existing group property assets while ensuring all assets are well managed at all times and in a state of operational excellence. This will be achieved through effectively leading the existing property department team and managing service providers across the region.
