Video Editor/Graphic Designer at Rama Homes Limited

VIDEO EDITOR:

• Shooting all videos slotted in the monthly calendar and any other video that may be required. I.e
• Edit videos done by the media department as well as any other video that might be required
• Come up with creative concepts for videos
• Managing and writing blogs
• Assist in web development and management
• Knowledge of motion graphics design software i.e. After effects.
• Come up with scripts for new projects promotions.
• Manage and oversee all technical aspects of video recording and editing
• Work with our creative teammates
• Regularly collaborate with sales team
• Follow the company’s brand guidelines
• Manage and oversee all technical aspects of video recording and editing
• Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects
• Take and edit photos of anything associated to the company.
• Do all construction progress reports.
• Aid in the formulation of the daily artworks.
• Managing and running of all social media post and campaigns in liaise with the ICT officer.
• Lead generation and distribution in liaise with the ICT officer
• Do all Radio/ TV Ad Scripts.
• Assist in the sales department
• Any other duty given

GRAPHIC DESIGNER:

• Responsible for conceptualization, design and production of corporate collaterals including brochures, newsletters, posters, web sites, identity systems and promotional campaigns for print and web.
• Fluency in current graphic design practices and web production software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe after Effects.
• Ability to create superior, original designs for the web.
• Sound understanding of client deliverables and the ability to take responsibility for them.
• Strong technical knowledge of how web-based technologies apply to web design such as HTML, Flash, Flash Basic Action Script, CSS, and Web 2. 0.
• Possess the knowledge and experience of UI Design, Flash Banners and Web E-Mailers.
• Ability to convert design into HTML manually, with browser compatibility.
• Create design specifications document.
• Create media review checklist.
• Develop prototypes.
• Create animation/ static image templates.
• Provide expertise to Instructional Designers for media related requirements
• Perform any other duty given
