To be a suitable candidate for this role you will have the following technical skills:

1. BSc. Degree in Telecommunication Engineering/Electrical & Electronics engineering/Computer Science/IT or equivalent
2. 4+ years working in IT with 1+ year working in a 3rd line support role
3. Demonstratable networking configuration and troubleshooting skills (LAN/WAN/Firewall/load balancing)
4. Proven knowledge of network security practices
5. Proven understanding of Call Centre Telephony (PABX/PBX) call flow routing, scripting and CTI integrations

Working as part of a small team of support analysts, you will provide 3rd line technical support and expertise to multiple technology areas, such as global bespoke and in–house developed applications, Microsoft cloud applications, and systems integrations.

1. You will engage closely with the Global IT Applications Leads, in proposing applications improvements,
2. supporting scaleup implementations, lead continuous reporting improvement to enable data driven
3. support for country programmes. You will work closely with other members of the Global Information
4. Services team to help prioritise issues/responses to all tickets raised.

To be a suitable candidate for this role you will have the following:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or equivalent
• Microsoft Certified Solution Developer certification or equivalent
• 4+ years working in IT with 1+ year working in an application support capacity
• Demonstratable capability of understanding and supporting in–house developed applications
• Demonstratable understanding of Microsoft SQL Server
• Proven understanding and use of Microsoft Dynamics (M365)
• Exposure to application development using C#, .Net environment (Share GitHub account)
