Role Description
We are searching for a Patient Feedback Assistant who is excited to help a young healthcare company understand its patients so it can better serve their needs. To be successful in this position you will need to be highly organized and EXTREMELY friendly and likeable. We want our patients to feel completely at ease when talking with you so that they will give you their honest opinion of their experience with us!

Interact with tons of Penda patients and learn about their experience at our clinics
Play a crucial role in a business that prioritizes its customers’ needs and desires above everything else
Work with an amazing, hard-working team to change the face of healthcare in Kenya
Responsibilities
Send out SMS through an online platform to all patients who visit Penda to get feedback on their visit
Do regular feedback calls to better understand patients thoughts on specific areas of our business
Conduct exit interviews with patients to ensure that Penda is adhering to its protocols and high standards
Assist with quality assurance activities such as comparing data from our point of sales system with data in our patient files
Categorize feedback so we can understand trends
Help your colleagues understand our patients by regularly sharing feedback, whether through reports or just by sharing a fun story from a patient!
Make patients feel comfortable when giving your feedback – they should feel that they can give you their honest opinion, even when it is critical of Penda

Requirements
Super friendly – the ability to get along with everyone and make patients feel very comfortable! And you should LOVE interacting with people!
Quick learner – someone who can adapt to new systems easily
Highly organized – able to keep track of large amounts of feedback from a variety of sources
Great communication skills
Basic familiarity with Excel – you don’t need to know anything too complicated but we use excel to track feedback!
Flexibility – willing and able to travel between Embakasi, Umoja, Kahawa West and the support office on Lusaka Road.
Available full time for a 3 month contract
