Applicant must have a Masters Degree in Computer Science /Information Technology/ Statistics/Business Administration from a recognized University, and a proven work experience of at least three (3) years as a Quality Assurance Officer in an institution of higher learning or a reputable organization.
He/she must have strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, QA applications and databases and certifications in any quality audit will be an added advantage.

Job Description

He/she should demonstrate strong ability of drafting quality assurance policies and procedures, interpret and implement quality assurance standards, promote culture of academic quality in the university, evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards analyze staff and students evaluation data and generate reports, collect and compile statistical data, investigate customers complaints and non-conformance issues, responsible for document management system among other responsibilities.
