    Job Responsibilities

    • Plan and coordinate all installations (telecommunications, heat, electricity etc.)
    • Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.
    • Managing any refurbishments and renovations.
    • Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs
    • Managing the cleaning, waste disposal, security and parking of each property.
    • Handle service contracts.

    Qualifications

    • Degree/Diploma in Land Economics/Real Estate Management.
    • Experience of 2yrs in a similar position.
    • Knowledgeable of processes in Property Management operation both in commercial and residential.
    • Experience in Marketing and Sourcing.
