EOI For Construction of Low Cost Housing Using ISSB’s Technology at Habitat for Humanity International

Introduction

Habitat for Humanity Kenya seeks Expression of Interest from firms with significant experience and expertise in the construction of houses using the ISSB (interlocking stabilized soils blocks) technology, for on-going program activities in Rumuruti, Laikipia County.

For this EOI, prospective firms are expected to be registered companies and must have proven significant experience in construction in Kenya for at least five (5) years.

Bid Proposals must include;

• Company Profile and audited financial statements for the last three years.
• Certified copies of Certificates of Registration with NCA category and any other Relevant Authorities;
• Total monetary value of Contract Works performed for the last three years;
• Names and contact details of clients for whom works were undertaken; including completion certificates.
• Major items/Equipment owned;

Qualification and experience of Key Personnel;

• Authority to seek references from Bankers and Clients;
• Copies of PIN and VAT Registration Certificates;
• An indication of the principal place of business
