    Assistant Brand Manager - Islands & Mid-Africa

    The Assistant Brand Manager – Islands & Mid-Africa is responsible for leading and supporting the inception and execution of key marketing projects focused on Innovation affecting the Islands & Mid-Africa Cluster markets (12 markets); ultimately delivering positive volume & brand love growth. Specifically, working with the Senior Brand Managers, RnD, Commercialization with Implementation of the Innovation projects.
    This person is a key contributor to shape the Innovation pipeline for IMA countries and to proceed to the launch of these products, working closely with the Franchise teams and the Bottlers as well as with Coke internal tools (workfront, cokeworks).

    They will need to have strong project management skills to ensure programs are efficiently developed and a rigorous ability to measure and analyse the performance data from their programs.

    KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • The ABM shall lead the execution of the Innovation plan for IMA
    • The person will work closely with the Commercialization team, the RnD team, the Supply chain, the franchise and the marketing teams.
    • The person will have rigorous project management approach to Innovation inputting into the internal tools of TCCC used in WABU – Coke works and Work front particularly.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Entry level Role with 0-3 years within TCCC or Other Global FMCG company
    • Ability to collaborate in an International / Global cultural context is critical considering the diversity of the Business Unit:
    • Fluency in French preferred, but Strong English speaking skills required as ALL BU business conversations conducted in English.
