Beauty Shop Consultant - Juja at Hublink Company Limited

Roles and responsibilities:

• Maintaining and increasing sales of beauty products.
• Keep high standards of cleanliness within the shop
• Gain excellent in-depth understanding of  the beauty products and client tastes
• Profile prospective accounts and convert leads into customers and meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets. 
• Inform guests of current promotions, events, and services within the shop
• Ensure the products are arranged or displayed in accordance to the quality procedure
• Product demonstration and promoting the sales of cosmetics.
• Handling customer calls within the set standards. 
• Implement and support new promotions and product launches including cold-calling activities
• Responsible for presenting an image at all times that reflects the knowledge of cosmetic lines sold by the enterprise. 
• Do makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to the clients

Experience / Qualifications

• Sales and marketing qualifications and experience or a naturally excellent person in sales
• Experience in cosmetics sales or beauty consultancy is a definite advantage 
• A genuine interest in beauty products
• Make up Artistry experience in a retail environment will be an added advantage.
• Necessary training will be offered to equip the girl with the necessary industry skills.  

Desired Qualities

• Honest person with unquestionable high level of integrity 
• Excellent communicator and presentable 
• Mature lady of ages between 25 to 30 years with a pleasant appearance. 
• The position is suitable to someone staying along Thika Superhighway (around Juja) or ready to relocate. 
• Flexible including working schedules and hours 
• Ability to develop strong relationships with clients, distributors and retailers

Guiding Salary 

• A starting retainer of Kshs 10,000.00 with commissions will be offered coupled with other benefits and increments on performance
