    Assistant Accountant (Cashier)

    Job Summary

    Reporting to the Health Centre Manager, the incumbent is responsible for assisting in conducting all financial managementactivities at the Outpatient Centre

    Level of Education & Experience:

    • Degree in a business-related course
    • Professional qualification a MUST : CPA (K)/CPA(T)/CPA(U) or ACCA
    • 2 years of experience in analytical accounting
    • Excellent ICT proficiency

    Responsibilities

    • Performing daily income reconciliations against the system Reports.
    • Invoicing for services rendered at the respective Outpatient Centre’s within the recommended timelines.
    • Routinely do banking on a daily basis.
    • Submit relevant ERPS reports to the Healthcare Accountant, Clinical Management, and the Management accountant as recommended.
    • Assisting the Clinic Accountant in the process of monthly stock-taking
    • Ensuring timely petty cash requisition and management for the Outpatient Centre as per the laid down procedures.
    • Providing relevant daily financial reports
