    Chief Digital Experience Officer (CDEO)

    AIFluence is seeking an entrepreneurial leader to create digital experiences and scalable technology that delivers on AIFluence’s vision to be Africa’s most trusted and leading Influencer Marketing Platform. This role is brand new, recognizing the rapid growth of AIFluence and the need for an experienced, strategic leader who can get us to the next level. You will report directly to the CEO and serve on the Leadership Team with the rest of the CEO’s direct reports. You should have excellent product judgment, and a strong understanding and track record of Influencer marketing and digital marketing, brand building, great people skills, and an ability to be a strong leader to the functions you will oversee including Operations and Project Management.

    Who we are looking for?

    We are looking for someone with a passion for building customer-facing digital experiences for our clients that, drives their businesses and is scalable. To do so, you should have the ability to shape and lead a results-oriented, analytical, multi-disciplinary minded, collaborative and high performing digital culture across the disciplines of product management, product design, engineering and project management. You should have experience leading meaningfully sized digital organizations either through direct management or matrixed management . You should be at your happiest when your team is empowered, doing exceptional work and fulfilling the goals of the overall company.

    Responsibilities

    As Chief Digital Officer, you will set the creative direction and help articulate the vision for the creator success teams at AIFluence that will consist of creator success managers, creatives and talent managers. You'll shape the company's Digital experiential strategy and keep the momentum running in achieving our promise to our clients to run the most impactful influencer marketing campaigns and deliver significant ROI. the role also includes

    • Strategic Clients Management 
    • Customer Success Team Management 
    • Digital Transformation 
    • Digital Marketing Strategy (Influencer Marketing) 
    • Social Networks Strategy 
    • Data and Analytics

    Requirement

    • 7+ years experience that has included roles in both Digital Marketing, Creative Strategy, and Brand Development, with a track record of building a compelling consumer-facing product experiences
    • A depth of knowledge across the functional disciplines to effectively lead engineering, product management, design and project management
    • Excellent critical thinking skills with the ability to problem-solve and strengthen the work of the team below you
    • Action-oriented with strong project leadership skills, with demonstrated experience in building new processes and guiding multi-threaded projects or processes to completion
    • A proven track record of hiring, building and engaging high performing teams and managing effectively through layers
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and in person.
    • Passion for AIFluence’s mission and commitment to be a part of our innovation and growth
    • Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred)
