Quality control on site
Ensuring strict adherence to all regulations, statutes, standards, practices and all internal processes and procedures as per the relevant manuals and comply with all relevant external legislation and regulations regarding compliance requirements.
Designing/preparation of drawings, especially Back of House drawings and external signage drawings.
General supervision of all work on site
Financial and risk management of projects
Ensuring design, plan and flow is working for user/department especially Operations department.
Ensuring that the Java House standards for project execution are achieved
Ensuring that all projects operations are conducted within the approved OSHA regulations

Co-ordination with suppliers on site installations, for example gas, SS items and furniture

Job specifications:
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in construction management
The ability to take on responsibility and make decisions
An in-depth knowledge of building/construction methods
Awareness of health and safety management measures
Knowledgable in Ms Excel, Ms Project, Ms Word, Archi-CAD, autocad
Strong and sound work ethic, honesty and integrity
Attention to detail
Excellent personnel management skills
Quick learner and a team player
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A strong sense of accountability
Ability to work under pressure and production of quality work with little or no supervision.

Experience
1-2 Years experience in a similar role
