    Digital Marketing & Communication Internship Opportunity

    We are looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing & Communication Intern to assist the company with online digital marketing, brand communication and sales support. The candidate must have outstanding skills in photoshop & community management.

    Responsibilities

    Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Community management: promoting company services on social media
    • Marketing: design communication artworks to build up brand visual identity
    • Communication: write blog articles and newsletter content to raise brand awareness
    • Sales: assist sales team with identification of leads through sales acquisition channels
    • Public Relations: Coordinate the design of promotional material used for events
    • Monitor corporate website and social media pages and address clients’ queries
    • Network with industry experts and potential clients to drive brand awareness
    • Track ROI for marketing campaigns
    • Join social media groups and professional platforms to discuss industry-related topics
    • Gather customer feedback to inform sales and operations teams

    Profile

    • Bachelor’s degree in Communications. Marketing certification is a plus
    • Previous work experience with B2B advertising campaigns
    • English, French & Kiswahili proficiency is mandatory. (Please note oral and written French test will be administered before the interview)
    • Hands-on experience with web content management tools, like WordPress
    • Proficiency in community management on social media
    • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop required; InDesign and Illustrator is an asset
    • Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics
    • Must possess excellent writing skills
    • Excellent presentation skills
    • Superior time management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
    • Understanding of communications, public relations & marketing best practices
    • Ability to think strategically and identify ways to improve communication efforts
    • Must be resourceful and take initiative even when given minimal direction
    • This position is to be filled immediately & offers a great career plan within a fast-growing company. Please note that writing & designing skills will be assessed by a test prior to the interview.
