    IT Support Specialist

    Description

    We are looking for people who are passionate about making a strong contribution to Exinity Group’s growth to join our team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide 1st/2nd level IT Support to the employees of the organization
    • Prepare workstations (hardware/software), telephony devices and other equipment for new users
    • Take part in the preparation and planning of the IT budget, as well as tracking of actual expenses
    • Be responsible for IT Purchases by conducting market research, contacting vendors, gathering prices, preparing summary reports, presenting to supervisors, gathering approvals and proceeding with purchasing of products
    • Be responsible for Asset Management: inventorying, registering, tracking of assets (physical/digital), and performing periodic verifications of inventory across the organization
    • Be responsible for the organizing, maintenance and upkeeping of IT offices and storage rooms
    • Be responsible for the setup, daily checks and maintenance of Conference rooms
    • Assist in any other duties that fall under the score of responsibilities of the IT department or the organization

    Requirements

    • College diploma or University degree in Computer Studies, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other engineering discipline
    • Experience in a related position. Candidates without experience but with provable enthusiasm in the field of IT will be considered
    • Fluency in English language is a must
    • Fluency in Greek or Russian is desirable
    • Team player mentality is a must
    • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
    • Able to adapt and learn new skills
    • Politeness, discretion, trustworthiness, and good manners are a must
    • Be able to work outside normal working hours if needed
    • Any certifications covering Windows 10 and / or Windows Server 2012 r2 upwards will be considered an advantage
    • Experience using SCCM, WSUS, WDS will be considered an advantage
    • Provable scripting skills will be considered an advantage

    BackOffice Representative Kenya

    We are looking for people who are passionate about making a strong contribution to Exinity Group’s growth in the southern region of Nigeria to join our team

    A BackOffice Officer, is responsible for assisting customers with transaction processing, such as deposits, withdrawals, or any other type of payment. They are also responsible for answering client inquiries related to their payments, tracking, recording, reporting, storing and monitoring of information related to transactions and customers, as well as ensuring all information is accurate and complete.

    RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

    • Responsible for transactions processing;
    • Processing of clients’ payments documents;
    • Monitor the correct workflow (deposit/ withdrawal process in internal systems);
    • Analysis (KYC, AML procedures, risks);
    • Responsible for communication and coordination with different departments;
    • Responsible for customer relationship management: coordinate with clients for orders, payments and issue resolution;
    • Handle customers' inquiries regarding payments;
    • Prepare reports and analysis;
    • Monitoring and performing the reconciliation of clients’ funds on a daily basis: from third party statements to SAP accounting software;
    • Monitoring of correct workflow (deposit/withdrawal process in internal system) and responsibility to investigate and resolve any discrepancies on a timely manner;
    • Monitoring and processing of transactions in SAP accounting software;
    • Organization and delivery of reconciliation information to the Internal Audit and Reporting team;
    • Monitoring of financial institutions and payment providers balances on a daily basis and assess any settlement or transfer needs to be requested;
    • Communication and coordination with various departments within the Company and third parties for issue resolution;
    • Assist the Reconciliations Team Leader in the preparation of analytical reports.

    Requirements

    • Excellent knowledge English both written and oral - Swahili will be consider as an advantage;
    • University/ college degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance or a related field;
    • Computer literacy; very good knowledge of MS Excel, Word & Power Point;
    • Knowledge of SAP Accounting system will be considered as an advantage;
    • Ability to work efficiently under pressure;
    • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word & Power Point)
    • Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage
    • Ability to work comfortably in a high-pressure environment, as well as work to strict deadlines;
    • Ability to work in shifts.

    The Responsibilities:

    • Own the documentation of Delivery processes and policies
    • Own the Delivery Knowledge Base - ensuring all contents are up-to-date and standardized to represent Delivery as a united function.
    • Promote knowledge capture and reuse through operational and business processes
    • Facilitate Knowledge Management strategic planning and knowledge transfer sessions
    • Plan, develop, stand up, support, and promote collaborative tools and techniques such as communities of practice to facilitate sharing of ideas and work among internal teams and external partners
    • Help disseminate information about the Delivery organization's knowledge sharing program to internal and external audiences, maintaining communications on knowledge sharing across the organization,
    • Coordinate and deliver training to new and existing team members on essential knowledge and skills with a focus on our product, delivery and sales processes, and industry expertise.
    • Partner with L&D team to build Delivery specific onboarding programs for new Team Lead hires.
    • Monitor, track and record the progress and completion of training to ensure team members are properly equipped to perform successfully in their roles.
    • Build job profiles for different roles within Delivery and work closely with the Talent Business Partner to support any operational priorities within the organization.

    Requirements

    The Experience:

    • 3-5 years relevant work experience in training, project management and customer-facing responsibilities
    • Proven track record of building knowledge management/ retention systems and processes
    • Proficient (and able to quickly learn new skills) in Google Suite
    • Ability to organize and prioritize several competing priorities and projects effectively
    • Ability to assess the impact of new products or processes on existing teams and procedures
    • Ability to make appropriate recommendations for solutions to business problems
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent presentation and training skills with groups of various sizes and skill levels
    • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
    • Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form
    • A high EQ (emotional intelligence) and CQ (cultural intelligence)
    • International work/life experience or passion is a plus
