    Social Media & Communications Associate

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage, plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Facebook, YouTube, Messenger, Instagram, Tik Tok, Twitter, LinkedIn)
    • Monitor social media trends, including developments in design, applications, strategy, and innovation, to stay relevant and effective.
    • Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms and improving customer engagement.
    • Coordinate with different departments to gather information for communication purposes.
    • Develop concepts, graphics, templates, and layouts.
    • Design Somo's marketing materials using brand guidelines.
    • Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts.


    • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
    • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
    • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
    • Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging and shareable content.
    • Knowledge of current trends in digital marketing and social media.
    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

    Sales & Marketing Intern

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies to attract new users to our Tengeneza na Somo Production space
    • Assist in managing client inquiries, scheduling meetings, and providing product and service information.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for digital and print marketing campaigns to promote our space, sevices, and attract new customers
    • Tract and analyze key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives and provide recommendations for optimization.


    • Bachelors degree in marketing, business administration or a related field.
    • Experience in sales and marketing roles preferably within the manufacturing or production industry.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • proactive and self motivated with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
    • Ability to work indipendengtly and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
