    Credit Officer – Manufacturing( Nairobi)

    About the Client:

    • Our client is a leading innovative construction solutions provider in East Africa who has a proven track record of performance driven by solid knowledge and experience in the construction industry and is seeking to hire a Credit Officer to manage credit operations efficiently.

    Key Responsibilities and Duties

    • Evaluate the creditworthiness of potential customers by analyzing financial statements, credit reports, and payment histories.
    • Make informed decisions on credit applications, setting appropriate credit limits and terms in line with company policies.
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to facilitate timely payments and resolve any credit-related issues.

    • Our client who is in the business of offering eco-friendly upholstery cleaning solutions seeks to hire a highly organized, creative, aggressive and competent individual as a Customer Relationship Representative (Sales).     • Average Deal Size: Average value of sales generated per customer visit.
    • Customer Satisfaction Rating: Collect feedback from customers about their experience, aiming for a high satisfaction rating, such as 90% or above.

    Plant Technician

    About the Client:

    • Our client is a leading innovative construction solutions provider in East Africa who has a proven track record of performance driven by solid knowledge and experience in the construction industry and is seeking to recruit Plant Technician responsible for carrying out mechanical repairs, routine plant machinery servicing and cleaning, maintaining the working area, workshop tools and equipment.

    Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Prepares special reports on maintenance needs, and equipment problems.
    • Performs general maintenance works, repairing and maintaining of plant machinery.
    • Maintains Plant machinery functional by conducting inspections, repairing engine failures, repairing mechanical and electrical systems malfunctions, replacing parts and components, repairing body damage.
    • Conducts thorough inspections and evaluations of problematic machinery or parts to identify issues.
    • Orders and replaces parts and components and repairs body damage as needed.
    • Performs regular inspections and maintenance on working machinery to ensure proper upkeep.
    • Maintains detailed records of each machine, including any maintenance, inspection, or repair services performed.
    • Observe Safety and Health regulations and procedures including proper lifting techniques.

    Key Qualifications:
