The Project Assistant shall support the Project Officer and the team in the implementation of the project; formation and strengthening of school and community based initiatives to support girls’ access, enrolment, retention, transition and participation in education to higher levels.
Qualifications and Experience
The successful candidate should possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and/or Social Sciences (Arts) or any other degree that supports development work. Must be computer literate and have a minimum of Two (2) years’ working experience in similar field. S/he should have strong knowledge of the different dynamics in communities, good mobilization and report writing skills.
