Research Project Assistant at Association of Microfinance Institutions (AMFI-K)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• A Degree in Business, Economics, mathematics, CPA111 and other related fields with 2 years’ experience in research and data management or
• Diploma in (Economics, Business management, project management, ICT and CPA11 with 5 years` experience in research and data management)
• Experience in project management, donor accounting and reporting is an added advantage
• Program experience around access to finance, financial inclusion or market development is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office suite especially advanced MS excel, MS word, Outlook and PowerPoint is required.
• Experience in working in shared platforms such as SharePoint and google Drive
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, organizational, analytical, and networking skills.
• Team player with flexible approach and happy to take the initiative.
• Availability to commence work immediately.
