• Proven ability to develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
• Partner with Talent Acquisition Platforms and Networks to identify and recruit top sales talent
• Mentor Sales Engineers to help them achieve individual & team objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a Technical Field
• 3+ years' of sales experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrable proven sales pipeline
