    Sales Representative

    Our Client sells consumer goods and services, seeks to recruit a Sales Representative.

    Job Purpose: Through focused work and employing relevant strategies, this job is designed to ensure that our business continues to generate profitable returns, steady growth and brand dominance in the market place.

    The individual will be tasked to ensure they impact our revenue by growing our business across all profit centers.

    Key Result Areas:

    • Service existing accounts to actively push for new orders. This will also involve merchandising the current trade outlets
    • Aggressively establish new accounts and distribution outlets
    • Selling other company services as assigned and ensuring profitable returns for the business
    • Develop and manage new online trading channels for company products and services
    • Execute and support effective sales promotions through the trade and other channels
    • Handle all sales operational issues in a prompt, effective and responsible manner coordinating with all involved
    • Updating work done daily on various management report templates
    • Also providing management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
    • Any other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time

    Qualifications

    • Preferably a graduate in B.com Marketing, Business Administration – Marketing option
    • Solid sales experience of 2 years or more

    Desired Skills and Qualities

    • Are driven and a self-starter who delivers results with minimum supervision
    • Enjoys working with people of all socio-economic levels
    • Excellent communicator with a good command of spoken language
    • Well versed in online marketing with solid exposure you can demonstrate
    • Are organized and a good planner
    • “Roll up their sleeves” type of individual who does whatever it takes to get the job done in an entrepreneurial environment.
