Responsibilities for the Marketing Internship

• Identify customer’s needs, clarify information, research every issue with a view to providing solutions and/alternatives
• Book and diarize meetings for the Sales and Marketing Manager
• Provide customers with product and service information
• Identify and escalate priority issues
• Follow up customer calls and mails where required
• Document all call information
• Seek and analyse competitor marketing and sales materials both on and offline

Marketing Internship Requirements

• A degree/Diploma in Marketing/Sales or any other related course
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in computer applications programs
• Familiarity with CRM systems will be an added advantage
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and effective time management skills
