    In-flight Performance Manager

    Brief Description

    Provide support and leadership to cabin crew to ensure safe, secure cabin operations that guarantees consistent and passionate service delivery.

    Detailed Description for the In-flight Performance Job

    • Manage implementation of safety and security standards and procedures that comply with company vision and mission.
    • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and conformity to company safety, security & quality standards and procedures.
    • Conduct regular on-board audits/inspections to ensure compliance and continuous improvement of safety and security standards while enhancing guest experience.
    • Ensure proper utilization of in-flight utilities to guard against misuse, wastage and damage.
    • Develop, monitor and review an in-flight product and service delivery standard that guarantees customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Prepare, analyse and monitor crew data to optimize productivity.
    • Develop cabin crew grooming standards and ensure conformance to company set standards.
    • Ensure crew motivation, efficiency and well-being.
    • Undertake corrective and preventive actions identified during quality and safety audits, investigations or other internal reporting mechanisms within the agreed time-frame.

    In-flight Performance Job Requirements

    Knowledge, Skills, Experience

    • At least 2 years experience as a Cabin Manager
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Analytical skills
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Computer proficiency
    • English language proficiency

    Key Performance Indicators

    • Cabin operations compliance and conformance to safety, security and service standards
    • Sufficient numbers of staff that are well trained
    • On time non-conformance closures
    • Quality customer service and on-time performance
    • Sufficient numbers of staff that are well trained.

    • Open communication between crew and management
    • High quality internal and external feedback systems and publications.
    • Accurate and effective internal communication.
    • Well organized and effective in-flight events.
    • An improved in-flight and flight operations image
