    Sales Manager

    The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships within the marketplace and conducting market research. In addition the incumbent will take lead in creating business for the company.

    Responsibilities for the Sales Manager Job

    • Overseeing the budgets and results for sales accounts including distribution, price, promotions and rebates
    • Collaborate on all programing and incentive goals with marketing and brand managers
    • Ensuring that sales team adheres to standardized order management and tracking processes
    • Defining and communicating target account analyses to ensure brands are performing at best-in-class levels for all accounts
    • Developing new business and resolving more critical problems affecting the sales program
    • Developing and implementing local market action plans, price structures, and KPI’s reflecting both the company brand strategy and market trends
    • Developing and managing sales pipeline, ASRs, RADs
    • Preparing weekly/monthly/quarterly sales reports as required

    Sales Manager Job Qualifications

    • Bachelor degree in any relevant field
    • At least 5-8 years’ experience in Sales
    • Preferably experience in the Alcoholic Beverage Industry, FMCG or related industry
    • Excellent team leadership skills, communication, organization and presentation skills

    Marketing Manager

    About The Role

    The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and managing the implementation of the marketing and brand strategy for the company and play a key role in leading the overall company growth plans. The position covers the full marketing mix; strategic planning, market research & analysis, web & print advertising, email communications, viral marketing and social media.

    Responsibilities for the Marketing Manager Job

    • Monitoring market trends to identify opportunities and key issues
    • Conducting research on consumer markets and competitor activities
    • Overseeing marketing and advertising activities to ensure excellent performance of all marketing campaigns
    • Developing and executing of the marketing strategies
    • Analyzing and monitoring competitor and consumer activity to identify opportunities for growth
    • Developing and managing marketing budget
    • Evaluating customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implement marketing plan alterations as required
    • Monitoring product distribution and consumer reactions

    Marketing Manager Key Skills and Qualifications

    • Bachelor degree in any relevant field
    • At least 5-8 years’ experience in Marketing

    • Professional marketing course (CIM)
