Desired professional background:
1. Education in Hotel F&B management or a related field
2. A minimum of 5 years experience on management level
3. Proven track record of own event design and implementation
4. Excellent customer relation skills
5. The ability to work independently, while meeting expected sales and quality targets
6.Creative and progressive thinker operating in a constantly changing scene
7. Flexible and hard working
8. Very experienced in kitchen concepts management
9. Experience as a barista will be an added advantage
