This Position Offers
We’re looking for a self-starter who can help us implement our IT systems across the company. The ideal candidate would have strong knowledge and experience in hardware systems including laptops, tablets, and peripherals. Basic knowledge of networking including routers, WIFI, and modems is also a requirement. The candidate would be responsible for helping us make good decisions about which hardware solutions to purchase. He or she would also be responsible for maintaining all our hardware in working order and maximizing its life span. Troubleshooting common hardware and software issues would also be a core part of the job. Finally, the candidate will help all of our employees make the most out of our e-mail and Dropbox accounts.

Our three medical centres in Umoja, Embakasi, and Kahawa West are seeing over 1500 patients per month, two more are planned for 2017. Hours
You will generally work 8-10 hours per day. You will be on call for troubleshooting hardware and software problems. There will be periods of more intense work and hours as we roll out our systems at new locations.
Where is the position?
Nairobi, Kenya. Our office is on Lusaka Rd (near Nyayo roundabout) in Simco Plaza.You will frequently travel between Umoja, Embakasi, Kahawa West, and other locations.
