• Initiate and deliver Continuous Improvement programs
• Handle high level Project Management
• Monitor Simplification impact on customer service and come up with actions to limit negative impact and leverage on improvements
• Own and Manage Functional projects and roll out
• Handle Communication for the function both external and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate relationships with all the GSCs that work with Customer Service in Eastern Africa
• Coordinate Planning and Administration within the Customer Service team in terms of EES, Leave, CSLS
• Own Data Analysis in the function

• Master’s level education in Business or other relevant discipline with a maximum of 3 years’ work experience after graduation, in parallel with education or between degrees.
