Project Manager Job at Arifu

Detailed Responsibilities:

Project planning and coordination

• Manage 3-5 projects at a time
• Create effective work plans for projects with multiple stakeholders
• Keep tabs on the progress and status of projects
• Control the scope and budget of projects to ensure projects don’t go over budget and all the activities in the scope are successfully completed
• Schedule and chair project coordination meetings
• Identify risk areas in a project, propose solutions and escalate risks as necessary

Communication

• Clearly communicate the expectations for all project teams
• Keep all parties both internal and external up to date on the progress as needed
• Clearly communicate on changes in scope, budget and any risk areas to the affected parties

Stakeholder Management

• Act as a liaison between different project teams and partners
• Manage expectations by communicating changes, challenges, delays and constraints
• Define appropriate project status check points for different stakeholders
• Experienced in creating work plans
• Strong communicator with ability to simplify information from different teams to formats that are easy to understand
• Proven experience in managing indirect and multi- functional teams
• Motivated by providing solutions to the least served members of the society
