Key Responsibilities:

Preparation and Reporting of Financial Statements

• Preparation and Reporting of Quarterly Financial Statement of Multiple geos as per local GAAP requirement
  • Balance Sheet
  • Income Statement
  • Cash Flow Statement
• Preparation and Reporting of Monthly Consolidated financials as per Accounting standards
• Preparation of quarterly financials as per Business requirement 

Consolidation

• Support consolidated accounts of the group, details of the adjustments and reclassifications consolidation.
• Assist with all month-end closing.
• Review of Accounting policies and standards
• XBRL preparation and co-ordination for uploading in ROC site
• Preparation and audit of APR to be filed with RBI for foreign investments
• Key point for Handling External and Internal auditor
