For our pilot, we are especially focusing on literacy (English) and numeracy (Maths) in Classes 4-8.
We are looking for candidates that are:

Compensation:
• Mini-lessons will be created in phases over a period of time. There will be an average of 120 mini-lessons created per year for each class in both Maths and English. For example, C4 Maths will have 120 mini-lessons total due in 2017.
• You will be asked to create mini-lessons on a contract basis in batches of 5. Each mini-lesson will be compensated Shs 300, with Sh1500 paid for each batch.
• Content Developers are able to take on more than one class subject given that they are able to consistently meet quality expectations and deadlines.
