    Overall Objective: An individual with a willingness to learn the HR field

    Roles & Responsibility:

    • Filing of documentation
    • Screening of applications
    • Checking candidate backgrounds
    • Conducting orientation
    • Assisting in interview preparation
    • Maintaining candidate databases.

    Educational Qualifications

    • Degree in Human Resource Management from a recognized institution.
    • Higher Diploma in HR an added advantage
    • Proof of pervious attachment/s done.
    • Certificate in Computer applications from a recognized institution.

    Skills

    • Good interpersonal and communications skills.
