Manufacturing Engineer Job at Koko Networks

Required skills & experience:

• Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Industrial, Production Engineering or similar.
• 1 year experience in design, fabrication and development of products and manufacturing processes.
• 1 year of supervisory or audit experience in a manufacturing environment
• Excellent knowledge of core production processes & equipment/tools
• Excellent analytical skills using MS Excel or similar tools.

 Additional beneficial skills:

• Experience designing and setting up new manufacturing operations
• Recruiting & managing teams of technicians and contractors
• Development & implementing health, safety, environment and quality management systems aligned to ISO 9000, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 or similar standards.

 Proven general skills

• Ability to work autonomously and think on your feet
• Excellent observational skills and a forward thinking / planning attitude
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Interest in the customer experience and user journey of products
• Keen eye for safety
• View in optimizing efficiency
