    Stores Supervisor

    Stores Supervisor Job Responsibilities

    • Assist in formulation and implementation of stock management policies and procedures
    • Prepare and control the approved budget for stores section
    • Review position of stocks and recommend restocking and disposal of obsolete items
    • Setting Inventory levels and managing Inventory Control processes physically of stock items
    • Initiate payment process for suppliers
    • Liaise with user departments to review short and long term requirements
    • Generate timely, accurate and reliable management reports for the senior management team
    • Maintaining an orderly and well defined store layout and location systems.
    • Supervising material issuing/receipt, unloading/loading and placement in assigned storage/dispatch location.
    • Ensure proper security/safety and fire hazard practices are maintained at all times
    • Performing any other duties as may be assigned by the Plant Manager and or his assigns from time to time.

    Qualifications for the Stores Supervisor Job

    • Diploma in Food Technology or Engineering
    • Experience of 3-5 years of working in stores
    • Significant work experience in a dairy farm
    • Should be a team player and be able to interact with other staff at all levels
    • Computer proficiency in Microsoft office tools.
    • Good record keeping and document tracking and arithmetic skills
    • Should possess strong leadership skills

    Quality Control Supervisor

    Quality Control Supervisor Job Responsibilities

    • To assist the day to day operations of a team of Quality Assurance personnel to ensure compliance to Legality,
    • Quality Systems and HACCP Principles
    • To aid in continuously developing the sites quality systems to meet the requirements of our customers, the company and regulatory bodies
    • To undertake troubleshooting activities on products / factory areas
    • Responsible for the development of QAS standards and conducting inspections.
    • To ensure that findings from external audits / visits are actioned in a timely manner
    • Provide advice and guidance when quality standards fall and make decisions on disposal or re-work as necessary. Conduct an investigation to obtain all details prior to approving concession
    • To be aware of any new / updated procedures and to ensure they are communicated to the relevant personnel
    • To ensure that the traceability of all products and components are accurately recorded and challenged
    • Ensure the HACCP system is being followed throughout the site and personnel are challenged on CCP’s
    • To liaise with suppliers / customers regarding issues with deliveries and non-conformances
    • To carry out any other mutually agreed duties outside the scope outlined above, as requested by the Plant Manager

    Credit Controller

    Responsibilities for the Credit Controller Job

    • Positively impact cash flow and working capital by ensuring the accurate and timely processing and payments of accounts receivable.
    • Ensure that all credit control responsibilities and duties are carried out accurately and within set time limits, whilst providing a first class service to all customers.
    • Managing credit control and debt management activities including supervising a team of credit control operators
    • Maximizing cash collection across the board.

    Responsibilities

    • Mange performance and outcomes of reporting staff and vendors
    • Assure prompt and courteous service to facility occupants and visitors in a safe, pleasant and comfortable environment on a proactive basis, while maintaining budgetary and corporate standards
    • Oversee the adequate performance of the outsource facilities services provider
    • Provide oversight for the procurement of some materials and supplies that may be required for daily operation and maintenance of the facility

    • Ensure finalization of projects within timeline, budget & quality targets

    • Manage refurbishment, renovations and office moves
