Trucks Body Building Manager at AVIC-SHACMAN (E.A.) Co. Ltd

Job Summary: As a key member of our management team and our operations, you will be responsible for overall accountability of managing our body building workshop, ensuring the quality and productivity of tipping body, water bowser, fuel tank and others' manufacturing.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Take all necessary steps to exceed customer expectations and ensure a positive experience.
• Collaborate with other managers to recruit, hire, motivate and retain the highest quality staff.
• Monitor body building workshop performance with key metrics, including efficiency.
• Assure compliance with DOSH and any other standard procedures.
• Assure the quality and productivity of body building.
• Develop strong alliances with vendors and customers.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by company management team.

The ideal candidate should have;

• At least a degree in Engineering, Administration or any other related field with Five (5) years' experience in a body building workshop Three (3) which should be in a managerial    position.
• Ability to interpret vendor catalogs.
• Previous Body Workshop / Building management experience.
• Must have experience as a Manager with ability of team building and managing.
• Good understanding of mechanical and technical components associated with body building processes.
