Spire is looking to expand its current team to drive the sale of its products. It is therefore looking for a Sales Associate who will generate leads and support a fast and efficient sales process. A successful candidate will be required to continuously build their network and leverage these relationships.

Detailed Responsibilities:

Relationship building and management

  • Pursue and attend events to build your professional network

  • Leverage relationships to convert leads into sales

  • Understand the needs of individuals to tailor initiatives accordingly

Lead generation

  • Interact with individuals within your network to identify new opportunities or referrals

  • Propose new products or product adjustments based on failed leads and feedback from the market

  • Support the sales process of converting leads

Consultative selling

  • Seek to understand a business and its challenges to effectively advise on products that could be adopted

  • Critically analyse and evaluate leads to enable focus on those with the potential to turn into sales

  • Engage your network to uncover new products/features and markets
