IT Manager at SunCulture

This role is for an IT professional who is eager to learn how to code on the Mendix platform. The ideal candidate loves to work with little oversight in a team focused organisation. They need to be motivated by SunCulture’s mission to use technology to positive impacting the lives of farmers.

Detailed Responsibilities:

Problem Solving

• Develop the ERP system in line with the organisation’s requirements

• Help improve the performance of SunCulture’s systems through ongoing maintenance and improvements

• Seek to understand business challenges and provide solutions based on domain knowledge and industry insights

Project Management

• Own the ERP system implementation from initiation to operationalisation

• Track and report on project progress against plan and budget to senior management

• Continuously improve delivery through employing lessons learned

Relationship Building

• Bridge the gap between technical and business teams

• Collaborate with vendors to enable the smooth deployment and maintenance of solutions

• Collaborate with cross functional teams to improve/implement new systems

• Leverage relationships to mitigate and resolve, risks and issues
