    Marketing Intern

    Process: Marketing and Communication

    Reporting to: Sales and Marketing Manager 

    Duties: 

    1. Answer calls, respond to emails and make follow up calls
    2. Initiating required actions for response to customer service requests for order changes, including the  maintenance of order/customer information files and communicating changes to the appropriate personnel/departments.
    3. Ensuring and providing quality service to both internal and external customers.
    4. Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
    5. Accessing the company’s internal systems to obtain and extract order information and providing customer service management with the data for inclusion in various scheduled and special reports
    6. Participating and providing expertise as a member of the customer service’s  and marketing departmental team.
    7. Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
    8. Maintains call center database by entering information.
    9. Supporting the marketing team with marketing activities
    10. Providing support for marketing events and exhibitions as required
    11. Assisting in digital marketing
    12. Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests
    13. Any other other duties assigned. 

     Skills and Qualifications:

    • Degree or Diploma  in marketing
    • Less than 6 months  experience
    • Personable, presentable and articulate.
    • Computer proficient with Microsoft Office,
    • Communication skills, Phone skills, interpersonal skills, problem solving skills
