Job Requirements/Qualification
i. Bachelor of Commerce degree in finance or Accounting or its equivalent from a recognized institution; ii. Certified Public Accountant part III (CPA K Finalist);
iii. Proficiency in computer applications;
iv. Knowledge on donor operations and funding will be an added advantage.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Preparing financial reports, supporting documents for compliance with policies;
• Maintaining books of accounts and financial records and implementing policies and procedures for CHS;
• Active monthly financial site visit: Providing support to the Subs on general accounting issues;
• Maintaining and updating detailed list of assets provided by CDC/CHS to the Sub recipients;
• Participating in the financial review and/or audit of CHS/ Ministry of Health facilities
Job Requirements/Qualification

iii. Valid practicing license;
iv. At least 2 years work experience in a busy facility.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Provision of day to day services to clients in MCH or maternity department at the assigned facility;
• Implementing PMTCT services at the assigned facility i.e. provide HIV testing services to pregnant women and provision of appropriate care for those who are HIV-infected;
• Day to day provision of nursing/clinical services in the assigned departments;
• Providing Early Infant Diagnosis services and follow-up of HIV-exposed infants and linkage of HIV Infected Infants and Mothers to CCC;
• Documentation and reporting of PMTCUEID activities.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Entering data on patient information and reporting in DHIS;
• Resolving data entry discrepancies and conducting Data Quality Audits;
• Ensuring security and confidentiality of information.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Ensuring availability of necessary data collection and reporting tools at the facility;
• Accurate and complete data documentation and reporting through DHIS;
• Conducting data quality audits (DQAs);
• Ensuring that IQ Care in computerized sites are up-to-date and preform regular backup of electronic medical records;
• Conducting weekly data analysis and share with the facility staff during MOTs meeting; Timely reporting of MOH 711 and 731 completed and submitted by 5th of every month.
Job Requirements/Qualification
i. Diploma in Clinical Medicine from Kenya Medical Training College or any other recognized institution; ii. Certificate of registration as a clinical officer;
iii. Valid practicing license;
iv. At least 2 years work experience in a busy facility.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Provision of day to day clinical review to H1V-infected clients enrolled to care and on treatment;
• Conduct bi-annual standard of care measures to assess the quality of HIV services and take lead in implementation of targeted interventions;
• Ensuring that the minimum package of TB/HIV care is implemented in line with the National guidelines;
• Taking lead in attainment of the priority indicators for HIV care and Treatment, PMTCT, PITC and TB/HIV program.
Job Requirements/Qualification
i. Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education.
ii. Diploma in Medical laboratory from Kenya Medical Training College or any other recognized institution.
iii. Certificate of registration as a Laboratory technologist by KMLTTB
iv. At least 2 years work experience in a busy facility
Duties and Responsibilities
• Carrying out laboratory activities required for HIV/AIDS prevention, care and treatment programs, including baseline laboratory assessment
• Conducting laboratory testing procedures as per the required SOPs and implement quality management / quality assurance activities.
• Monitoring documentation of laboratory results at the site, as well as effective linkages between laboratory and clinical services.
• Doing reagent quantification forecasting and timely reporting both to the laboratory in charge, DMLT, and SCMS.
• Ensuring that all HTC testing points in the facility adhere to quality assurance standards by constant supervision.
Job Requirements/Qualification
i. Secondary Education with a minimum Di- in KCSE;
ii. NASCOP certificate in HIV testing and counseling;
iii. Basic computer packages;
iv. At least 1 year on volunteer bases will be an added advantage.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Providing quality HIV Testing Services to OPD, in patient and FP clients;
• Maintaining high standards of FITS service provision according to the NASCOP guidelines;
• Maintaining HTS registers;
• Safe custody of HTC commodities according to the national guidelines.
