Roles for the Sales Executive Job

• Create a new customer base and maintain existing relationship
• Prepare quotations.
• Monitor the sales and the products stock on a daily basis.
• Ensures sales teams are carrying out sales process within quality procedures.
• Executes the business plan, to achieve agreed revenue, volume and margin targets for designated products.
• Assist in new product launches, and in the construction of launch plans
• Conduct market and competitor analysis based on the data provided by his team.
• Maintain timely and accurate reporting and communication.
• Assure that all customer quotations and communication records are maintained.

Sales Executive Job Requirements

• Degree in Civil/ Structural Engineering
• Diploma in Sales and Marketing a plus
• At least 3 years’ sales experience in building and construction Industry
• Solid B2B and / B2C sales experience
• Excellent command in Chinese (Mandarin) & English
