Main responsibilities include:
- Drive overall top line and profitability development
- P&L ownership for the business unit
- Recruit and manage team
- Formulate short/mid/long-term business unit strategy in conjunction with Group CEO
- Develop and execute solid initiatives to drive growth – the GM will be required to make the case for resources (via NPV or IRR) to launch new projects and will be accountable for results
- Define and drive action plans to create strong relationships with restaurants
- Ensure regular reporting and participate in board calls when required
Profile Requirements:
- Recent MBA graduate with 3-5 years experience or business focused undergraduate degree with 5-6 years experience
- Experience leading complex projects from planning to completion
- Strong management and inter-personal skills
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple teams
- Hands on & results oriented
- Independent and entrepreneurial
- Able to think strategically and develop a well organized action plan
- E-commerce sector experience strongly preferred
