What You Will Do

• Ensure that when the TO’s are received, they are printed and given out for kitting
• Ensure that kitting is done in an orderly way and that the TO’s are the correct ones in use
• Preparation and correction of the QA sheets as need arises
• Ensure the dispatch schedule is adhered to
• Work with Operations team to follow up on replenishments and stock counts
• Preparation of uniforms QA sheets mail merge to get the pupils details on the labels
• Shipment of released SRD’s in Navision
• Any other duty as allocated from time to time

What You Should Have

• Minimum of 2-3 years of warehousing, logistics and/or Supply Chain services preferably for a large fast growing service or trading organization with multiple locations and diverse requirements
• Professional qualifications in Logistics/ Supply Chain will be a key requirement
• Knowledge in warehousing and logistics
• Excellent writing and oral communication skills
• Ability to quickly learn and make systematic improvements to current processes
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and focus on task completion
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting
• Strong computer skills, proficient with MS office applications
