    HR & Admin Officer

    An exciting career opportunity has arisen in our Human Resource & Administration Department and now seek to recruit a strategic, committed & results driven person.
     
    Reporting To: HR Manager-Employee Relations
     
    Purpose: To provide administrative support in all matters relating to employee relations.
     
    Job Responsibility:
    • Monitor time and attendance on HRIS.
    • Enroll new employees in HR system, create their user accounts (ESS) & make sure they can access Management and Control of Territory Cost to Serve
    • Implement employee relations strategies, policies and processes including grievance handling, discipline, and dispute resolution, code of conduct execution and employee welfare. To Effectively Develop and Manage the Territory Operational Field Sales Force.
    • Prepare HR monthly reports.
    • Maintain the HRIS and Leave Management.
    • Handle and maintain the employee Scholarship Scheme ensuring adherence to the policy Development of territory customer relationships through monthly operational reviews.
    • Medical Administration – Ensure timely processing/replacement of staff identification cards, medical insurance applications and medical reimbursement requisitions.
    • Separation Management – Proper and timely separation of staff from the Company by liaising with all concerned parties.
    • Coordinate staff birthdays and weddings to ensure accuracy of dates and timely issuance of gifts.
    • Prepare and update employee files and the HR filing system.
    Successful Applicant:
    • University degree in a related field
    • Higher Diploma in Human Resource management
    • 3+ years HR experience.
    • Conversant with Kenyan Labour laws
    • High energy self-starter as well as collaborative team player.
    • Demonstrated skills in administrative writing, confidentiality, time management and analyzing information.
