    Credit Relationship Officer

     

    Can you seal the deal by leveraging relationships with high-level stakeholders? Are you an analytical professional seeking to deeply understand your clients and their businesses? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced startup environment?

    Momentum Credit provides working capital solutions to small businesses and individuals. The Relationship Officer will play a crucial role in widening the company’s market share. They will also assist in driving the generation of consistent revenue primarily through the sale of the Invoice factoring product.

    The successful candidate will report to the CEO and will spearhead the organization’s relationship management efforts. Momentum Credit believes in allowing its team to explore their potential and they fully support each member at each phase of their career progression towards career growth.
    Picture of Success:

    Success shall be evaluated on the progress of attaining the following goals by December 31st 2017:

    • Drive monthly disbursements of KES 10M
    • Build and implement world class client relationship management standards
    • Build and implement world a robust business development framework

    Duties 

    • Day-to-day activities shall include but are not limited to:
    • Support marketing activities
    • Conducting market and industry research
    • General business development
    • Support client due diligence and client on-boarding
    • Attend client meetings and effectively respond to client needs
    • Prepare weekly reports

    Job Requirements

    • 2 Years relevant work experience with at least 1 year in an executive sales position
    • Verifiable track record of driving sales performance success
    • Bachelor’s degree in a business related field
    • Understanding of Financial Statements
    • Strong strategic thinker with a deep desire to win
    • Strong analytical skills with an appreciation of risk management
    • Highly motivated and ambitious individual with unquestionable integrity
