    Technical Sales Representative

    Our client dealing with packaging and coding machines, generators, construction equipment and workshop equipment is looking for talented sales people.

    Summary: Go-getters who would take matters into their own hands and do what it takes to sell the product and be disciplined to stay on track.

    Duties

    • Selling and marketing the products
    • Closing business with customers
    • Following up with customers
    • Installation and routine maintenance of gadgets
    • Collect customer inquiries, explain product function and resolve problems
    • Work with the customers to ensure they are properly serviced
    • Provide onsite service to customers as designated
    • Project a professional company image through effective services to customers
    • Advising customers on how best to use the products provided.
    • Sourcing for customers and selling the products
    • Using technical skills to demonstrate to potential customers the usefulness of the products

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Excellent communication skills
    • Good selling skills
    • Diploma in sales and marketing
    • 3-5 years’ experience as a technical sales person
    • Driving experience will be a plus
    • Flexibility with regard to work schedule

    Accountant

     

    Responsibilities

    • Report directly to the Financial controller
    • Be a point of contact for all accounting related issues from various departments
    • Ensure daily accounting tasks are performed and reports distributed in time
    • Ensure casuals are paid in time
    • Knowledge and experience in financial software, managing processes, Audit accounting, payroll, balance sheet reconciliation, tracking budget expenses, analyzing information and financial skills
    • Understands and has the working knowledge of all accounting areas
    • Ensuring internal controls are in place
    • Assist in forecasting the budget, month-end closing and balance sheet reconciliations
    • Banking & bank reconciliations
    • Maintaining financial records which accurately record the business’ incoming and outgoing finances

    Requirements

    • CPA -K
    • Bachelor’s degree in a Business related field especially accounting
    • 3-5 years’ experience as an Accountant in a busy construction company
    • Must have sound financial and accounting technical knowledge
    • Ability to organize, prioritize and pay attention to details
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills both internally and externally
    • Ability to manage multiple projects
    • Ability to work with accounting software
