Dialysis Clinical Officer at Medanta Africare

Reports to: Medical Director

Specific Responsibilities and Duties

• Co-ordinating care with multidisciplinary team.
• Clerking, diagnosing and management of illnesses in collaboration with the doctors and Nurses
• Providing clinical emergency care to patients and staff
• Ensure smooth operations in the unit.
• Performing clinical procedures including minor surgeries
• Ensuring all medical records are up to date on daily basis
• Collaborate with a team of health care professionals in sharing expertise and knowledge.
• Give supportive resources on the patient and the families to promote positive patient outcomes.
• Ensure that patients experience positive and satisfactory healthcare services.

Education And Experience

• Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Surgery
• At least 3 years experience in a busy Health Care Facility.
• Working experience in dialysis unit or certificate in Renocare will be an added advantage.
• Must be a registered member of Clinical Officers Council
