Job Description

Qualifications:

• Must have a bachelor’s degree or diploma in any related field.
• Must be 23 years and above.
• Must have worked in a contact center environment.
• Must be good in English and Kiswahili (oral and written)

• Simple presentation of technical Information.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contact designated clients with a target to offer support over the phone Handle objections by building rapport with customers
• Record customer information and queries on the customer interface system (CIM)
• Adhere to Data Protection policy with regards to confidentiality of customer details
• Handle complaints in a polite and professional manner
• Patiently listen and responds to customer queries
• Understand and adhere to the escalation process
• Capture data on the Customer Interface System utilized when calling clients.
