Summary Of Responsibilities

Reporting to the Room Division Manager and job essentials and not limited to

• create operational and safety procedures
• draft budgets
• They determine the equipment and services required for jobs and submit cost estimates.
• maintenance and repair of outdoor features, such as irrigation systems, fences, or benches
• Consistent trainings for the grounds team
• Prepare daily schedules for the grounds team.
• Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service
• coordinate with other departments or specialists, and they might perform grounds maintenance duties if necessary.
