    Field Sales Associates

     

    JOB SUMMARY

    The sales associates will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve monthly targets. The sales associate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of Home Afrika Ltd Inventory.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY

    • Make sales using various customer sales methods such as activations, door-to-door, cold calling, presentations, etc.
    • Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
    • Develop innovative sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
    • Evaluate customers’ needs and build productive long lasting relationships
    • Meet personal and /or team sales targets
    • Attend meetings, sales events and training to keep abreast of the latest developments
      Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; and establishing personal networks
    • Report and provide feedback to Indirect Sales Commercial Manager about your leads Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory

    GENERAL INFORMATION

    Remuneration: Commission only (Commissions based on sales revenue) Allowance:

    Marketing Executive - Digital Media

     

    Job Description

    Position Reports to: PR, Brand and Marketing Manager

    JOB SUMMARY

    Oversee the Home Afrika online marketing strategy by planning and executing digital (including email) marketing campaigns and design, maintain and supply content for the organization’s website and social media channels.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY

    The job holder’s duties and responsibilities are outlined as follows:

    • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns.
    • Content creation – writing blog posts, articles, newsletters and material for social media channels.
    • Social media marketing – creating, managing and growing the company’s presence through blogs, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, Facebook, and other strategically relevant online properties. Manage and maintain the organisation’s website.
    • Produce new content for our products, constantly innovating to push new ideas and formats and measuring how well those ideas perform.
    • Track and analyse website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports.
    • Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion.
    • Continually work on the Search Engine Optimization of the website.
    • Edit and post videos and content to online sites.
    • Create online banner adverts and oversee pay per click (PPC) ad management.
    • Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments.
    • Monitor and develop reports on competitor activity within social media spaces. Creative design.

    JOB SPECIFICATIONS

    The job holder must possess: Undergraduate degree in marketing from a recognized institution.

    • Minimum of 2 years in digital communication and marketing.
    • Experience in graphic design is an added advantage.

    Relationship Manager

     

    JOB SUMMARY

    To sell properties assigned to you and as agreed within your periodic sale targets, and as assigned from time to time. This will include participating in company’s sales and marketing activities.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY

    The job holder’s duties and responsibilities are outlined as follows:

    • Contributing to the achievement of allocated annual sales targets for the region by proactively and rigorously engaging in sales activities;
    • Work in conjunction with the business development team to identify sales opportunities in the region;
    • Establishing and maintaining excellent customer relationships by providing an efficient, reliable, friendly and courteous service to all customers;
    • Communicating effectively with customers and maintaining up to date information regarding new initiatives, prices, promotions, new product listings and product de-lists;
    • Providing information and feedback on customer requirements and competitor activity in the region;
    • Responsible for the provision of comprehensive and timely sales reports as required from time to time;
    • Assisting the Commercial Manager in establishing plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the assigned sales area;
    • Maintaining contact with clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

    JOB SPECIFICATIONS

    The job holder must possess:

    • Must have a university degree in sales and marketing.
    • Post graduate qualification in a business related field will be an added advantage. Should have at least two years’ sales and marketing experience.
    • Experience in a real estate company will be an added advantage.
    • Should have a proven ability to achieve and surpass sales targets
    • Must have excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
    • Must have good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office suite
